If you are craving a good beef stir-fry dish, then you’re in luck. This recipe shows you how to make an easy Beef Short Rib stir-fry, Thai style. It’s simple to make but the flavors are plentiful.

  • 2 cup Sliced Beef ribs, boneless
  • 4 pcs Clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped chili
  • 4 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 0.25 cup Thai basil leaves

Chop garlic finely.

Preheat the pan over high heat, then add cooking oil.

Add garlic and chili in the pan, lower the heat to medium-high, and stir fry until fragrant for about 20 seconds.

Add beef ribs and stir fry until browned.

Add soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce to the pan. Turn heat to low, stir till sugar is melted.

Pad Gra prow is made with a different kind of basil, called holy basil. If you can find it in your local Asian grocery store, by all means, use it! But Thai basil or, as I mentioned, regular Italian basil, can also work for this dish.
